CNMC Luanshya Copper Mines Plc invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the following position:
Receptionist

Responsibilities for Receptionist
• Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
• Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner, and answer any questions visitors have
• Keep a clean and safe reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations
• Maintain security by following procedures
• Keep detailed and accurate records of visitor requests and of calls received
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail

Qualifications and Attributes for Receptionist
• Full Grade 12 School certificate
• Certificate in Secretarial and Office Management
• 2 years of relevant experience in an office environment
• Computer literate
• Strong telecommunication skills
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
• High level ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks without guidance
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 24

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
