JOB DETAILS:
Hover Taxi Ltd is a new upcoming Taxi Ride Hailing Application that will offer Taxi Booking Services through the provision of the App. We intend to provide our services to different types of customers such as business men and women, Government and Private companies workers, Students, Tourists, Pupils and other interested travellers. In order to achieve our main objectives and vision of providing quality and affordable Taxi Services to our customers, we are looking for self-oriented, qualified and dedicated Zambian citizens to apply for the following job opportunity that is vacant at our Head Office in Lusaka.
Receptionist

Duties
• Attend to walking in clients
• Attend to all the needs of clients
• Verify all registration documents from hover new drivers
• Submit all registration documents to the technical operation assistant
• Advise all clients on the policies of the company when registering their cars
• Attend to all complaints and queries from clients
• Issue receipts and invoices to clients

Qualifications
• Certificate in Customer Care Service/Marketing/Business Administration
• 1 year working experience

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: Professional Certificate
