JOB DETAILS:
Reconciliation Controller – Reporting to the Credit Controller
Among Other Responsibilities, You Are Expected to;
• Providing various management reports and adhering to reconciling KPI’s
• Proper filing of proof of deliveries with zero missing and checking validity of proof of deliveries
• Reconciling and scrutinizing source documents
• Capturing of manual documents and ensuring all invoices are returned
• Reconciliation of drivers’ settlements and shortages
• Crediting invoices and recording cancelled invoices
• Checking return notes against customer claims
• Processing stock adjustments on drivers’ accounts
• Attending to all claims timely and ensuring system and physical processes are done
• Tracking under deliveries from drivers daily
• Ensuring that the Returns Assistant processes the right reason code as defined by management.

Qualifications & Experience
• Full grade 12 certificate
• Diploma/Degree in Accounts or any related course
• 3 years’ experience
• Team player and able to meet deadlines
• Must be hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Associate Degree
