Job Description
• To be overseeing operations in Lusaka, Eastern and Southern Region.
• Stock controls
• General management of all outlets in Lusaka, Eastern and Southern Region.
• General Supervision of employees in the region.
• Banking controls
• Distribution Planning
• Sales growth
• Marketing the products
• Ensuring the cleanliness & hygiene of all the butcheries in the region.
• Compiling daily sales reports for all the outlets in the region.
• Administration of payroll for all employees in the region.

  Qualifications
• Good acumen to figures/ accounting background

• At least four years experience in butchery retail/ sales distribution management
