Mac Staffing Solutions in conjunction with Pula Advisors is pleased to announce vacant positions for the role of Regional Manager at Pula Advisors Zambia. Pula Advisors is a technology company working to provide insurance to millions of smallholder farmers across Africa. This year, Pula is providing insurance to over 150,000 farmers in Zambia. .

Job Responsibilities:
Coordination
• Participate in weekly calls to discuss KPIs and other updates.
• Collect, aggregate, and submit daily and weekly KPIs where requested.
• Update task tracking using Google Docs/ spreadsheet, WhatsApp and other software as requested.
• Support Operations Coordinator with handling tasks related to admin, logistics and payments at regional level.
• Maintain strong communication and relations with our clients and
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Managing Registration Agent Team
• Supervise and backstop a team of 5-20 stationary field agents by conducting regular field visits, troubleshooting, providing performance feedback and KPI monitoring.
Key Accounts
• Liaise with relevant national-level contacts in key account customers to increase rates of insurance registration
• Represent Pula at various events, trainings and presentations.
Claims
• Liaise with Claims & Call Center Coordinator to resolve all claims and payouts in region.
• Conduct follow-up meetings with farmers and local leaders to handle any challenges.
Research
• Support with field research with agro dealers and farmers.

  Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Development Studies, Economics, Agriculture or any other related field
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Those with a diploma and more relevant experience will be considered
• Those with experience supervising or managing a field team will have an added advantage
• Knowledge in marketing industry
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle disputes and meet customer needs

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Development Studies, Economics, Agriculture or any other related field
