Overview
Key Responsibilities

• To supervise and ensure sales representatives in their respective regions are maintaining maximum market coverage and generating sales.
• Market and sale all company products in the designated market.
• Maintain contact with all clients in the market to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Expand upon existing customer base to increase market growth.
• Ensure product visibility and quality in the market is maintained.
• Conduct daily sales reconciliations.
• Prepare daily sales reports (DSR’S)
• provide daily market developments to Superiors.
• Provide market intelligence, information and analysis that will be useful to the organization.
• Ensure regional targets set by management are met at all times.
• Ensure under his supervision, set targets by management for sales representatives are met all the time and without fail.
• Monitor brand performance in respective designated areas to ensure increase in brand equity in the market.

Knowledge and Skills Requirements
• Must have exceptional Leadership qualities
• Be able to implement, strategise and think outside the box.
• Self motivated
• Able to create customer relations.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Must be resilient, persistent and able to handle rejection.
• Be able to work in flexible hours including holidays.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Sales / Marketing in FMCG Industry.
• Excellent communication skills. Written and Oral.
• Computer Literate (word, excel, PowerPoint and access)
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing. Degree will be an added advantage.
• Able to drive and has a Valid Driver’s License


Work Hours: 8
