• Credits or better in English, Mathematics and a Science plus any other two (2) subjects.
• Should be 16 years of age or above.
• On the day of the interview, come with the following documents:
• Original bank deposit slip(s) – Official receipts will be issued by National College of Health Sciences
• Original grade 12 results
• Original National Registration card
• Three certified photocopies of each document.
• Application forms can be obtained from National College of Health Sciences premises at K150 and Interview fee K150, all fees should be deposited in the official college account
