Mandatory Requirements

All applicants are requested to enclose their company profiles, clearly stating their physical address, telephone, and fax. lines in addition to a valid e-mail address. In addition, the following documentation must be included:-

Certificate of Incorporation/Registration

ZRA Tax Clearance and VAT Certificate

Current trade references

Interested suppliers and contractors are requested to pick up an application form from Minet Zambia Head office. located at Acacia Park, Plot 22768 Thabo Mbeki Road, Arcades, Lusaka, Zambia.

At the point of submission applicants must pay a non-refundable fee of ZMW500.00 and must enclose a copy of the receipt before depositing in the tender box. Faxed submissions and those without a receipt will not be accepted.

Current suppliers, contractors and consultants are encouraged to re-apply.

Minet Zambia will undertake a preliminary evaluation and only successful firms will be notified. Applicants must clearly state areas of specialization on the envelopes. Minet Zambia restricts the limit to a maximum of two categories per company.
