Introduction
ActionAid Zambia (AAZ) is a member of the ActionAid Global Federation, committed to advancing social change for a just, equitable, and sustainable world. We work in collaboration with marginalized and excluded women and young people, along with their organizations and movements, to address the root causes of social injustice, gender inequality, and poverty. Action Aid Zambia is embarking on renovation of the two above named Weekly Boarding Facilities at the named Schools. It is in this view that the Ministry of Education under Senga Hill District Education Board Office invites the interested bidders to participate in the following scope of works:

1. Supply and delivery of assorted building materials for renovation of two weekly boarding facilities.
RENOVATION OF MPANDE GIRLS WEEKLY BOARDING FACILITY AT MPANDE SECONDARY SCHOOL IN SENGA HILL DISTRICT. LOT 1
RENOVATION OF CHIKUNTA BOYS WEEKLY BOARDING FACILITY AT CHIKUNTA PRIMARY SCHOOL IN SENGA HILL DISTRICT. LOT 2
The following schedules shall be submitted with bid:
1. Company Profile
2. Company Registration Certificate (PACRA),
3. Signed Letter of Bid,
4. Completed Schedules of good and services (Bill of Quantities)
5. Completion period of supply
6. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
7. NCC for construction companies
8. Evidence of similar works done before
9. Social Security Certificate (NAPSA)

Sealed bids in envelops Two (2) copies of each bid must be sent clearly indicating “tender for the supply and delivery of assorted building materials for RENOVATION OF MPANDE GIRLS WEEKLY BOARDING FACILITY AT MPANDE DAY SECONDARY SCHOOL or RENOVATION OF CHIKUNTA BOYS WEEKLY BOARDING FACILITY AT CHIKUNTA PRIMARY SCHOOL to Senga Hill District Education Board Office P.O BOX 420240 addressed to the District Education Board Secretary, must be deposited in the Tender Box situated at Senga District Education Board Office on or before Tuesday 21st October 2024 10:00hours local time.
4. The closing date for the receipt of bids is 21st October 2024 at 10:30 local time and any bids received after the above stipulated time WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
5. The bids will be opened at 10:30hours local time at Council Office in Senga Hill the presence of bidders or their representatives in attendance.
