The Republic of Zambia has received financing from the African Development Bank toward the cost of the CHINSALI-NAKONDE ROAD REHABILITATION PROJECT (NORTH - SOUTH CORRIDOR), and intends to apply part of the agreed amount for this loan to payments under the contract for External Financial Audit Services

The services included under this project are financial audit of the project to form an independent opinion as to whether the financial statements of the African Development Bank support, give a true and fair view of the projects financial position and cashflow. The Consultant shall provide an independent opinion on the utilisation of the loan proceeds.

The National Road Fund Agency (NRFA) now invites eligible Consultants/ Auditors to indicate their interest in providing these services, Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services through brochures, description of similar assignments, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. Consultants may constitute joint-ventures to enhance their chances of qualification

Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance with the African Development Bank's "Rules and Procedures for the use of Consultants" May 2008 Edition, revised July 2012, which is available on the Bank's website at http://www.afdb.org

Interested consultants may obtain further information at the address below during office hours 08.00hrs to 17:00hrs. Expressions of interest must be delivered to the address below by 27th August 2021 at 10:00 and mention "CONSULTANCY FOR PROVISION OF EXTERNAL AUDIT SERVICES FOR ADB SUPPORT TO THE CHINSALI-NAKONDE ROAD REHABILITATION PROJECT (NORTH-SOUTH CORRIDOR)".
