Rebus Research Consultancy is a model of Research Consultancy with an assemblage of experienced Consultants who have diverse specialities ranging from Nutrition, Health, Social Protection, Environment, Agriculture and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH). Rebus Research is specialised in Social, Agriculture, Water and Health research works with our scope of efforts narrowed to Capacity building, Data collection, data analysis and report writing for Baseline, Mid line and End line surveys.
Rebus Research Consultancy seeks qualified candidate to support the anticipated Baseline Assessment. The candidate will lead the assessment of a Clients project including providing high-level technical assistance and support of the Clients M&E system.
This is a short-term assignment and ends upon successfully completing the baseline assessment of the assigned anticipated project.
Rebus Research Consultancy is seeking for a Consultant with experience in Education and Gender sensitive baseline assessments. .

Key Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Education or Development Studies, Phd preferably.
• Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience; prior experience with donor-funded projects preferred
• At least 4 years of professional experience in undertaking education and gender sensitive assessments/evaluation.
• Quick understanding of multiple research tools and methodologies
• Hands on with excellent communication skills and strong inter-personal skills
• Ability to work independently and with team members and partners at all levels
• Work experience with local and international partners in Zambia, including both private and public partners
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Nyanja/Soli
