JOB DETAILS:
The Golden Valley Agricultural Research Trust (GART) is a Public-Private Sector Partnership (PPP) Research Institution promoting sustainable agriculture through adaptive and applied research.
GART wishes to invite applications from suitably qualified candidates to fill up the following position
1. RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER .

The successful candidate must meet the following requirements;
• MSc or PhD in Agriculture or Related Development Studies
• Demonstrated competency in Project Proposal Formulation, Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation
• Must be familiar with the various linkages and operations of the Zambia Seed Sub-sector.
• At least 10 years of experience in a senior management position
• Must be aged between 35 and 55 years
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license

Job Education Requirements: MSc or PhD in Agriculture

Job Experience Requirements: At least 10 years

Work Hours: 8
