OFFICE OF THE HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER JOB VACANCIES
Mount Kenya University Rwanda (MKUR) is a Premier Private Institution of Higher learning offering diverse courses in the areas of Nursing, Public Health, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Business and Economics, Information Technology, Social Sciences, Journalism and Education. In order to enhance the quality of learning, the University is seeking to recruit External Examiners in all the program areas listed above. In addition the University is looking for qualified Research Mentors,/Supervisors and External Evaluators for Thesis/Dissertations in the areas of Public Health, Business Management International Relations, Mass Media and Communication, Development Studies and Information Sciences. Applicants to the three positions must meet the following criteria
• Must be an expert with reasonable experience in the area of assessment or supervision to be undertaken
• Must have a PhD in the area of expertise from an Institution recognized by MKUR. For External Examiners, Masters Holders at senior lecturer level and with proven professional record and previous external examining experience may also apply.
• Must have previous experience in an academic environment within a University setting For External Examiners, these additional requirements must be fulfilled
• Must not be in active employment with MKUR
• Must not have been a MKUR External Examiner within the last five years..
