• He/she should have at least fifteen (15) years sound post-graduate experience in the supervision of construction and contract management based on FIDIC Conditions and other international procedures, at least five of which as Resident Engineer.
• He/she should also be familiar (minimum two years recent) with the environment of construction in developing countries outside his/her home country, and have experience in the construction of water treatment plants.
