Key Responsibilities:
• Operate rollers to compact soil, asphalt, and other materials.
Maintain equipment and perform routine checks.
Follow project plans and safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Roller Operator.
Ability to operate rollers and perform basic equipment maintenance.
Knowledge of compaction techniques and safety practices.
Strong communication skills and teamwork.
