Room Attendant
Job Description
Reporting to Housekeeping Supervisor
• Cleaning the villas as per style and standards policy and procedures
• Dusting shelves, furniture
• Replenishing amenities used by guests
• Making beds
• Reporting maintenance issues to the head house keeper.
• Any issues relating to guests to be reported to the head house keeper immediately
• Respect guests property and valuables at all times
• Ensure guests laundry is done and returned to the guest within the lodge standards timeline.
• Any issues pertaining to guests personal belongings needs to be reported immediately to the head house keeper
• Any breakages, missing items, damages must be reported within a timely fashion.
• Maintaining hygiene standards at all times i.e clean uniform daily, no body odour, neatly groomed etc

Qualifications
• O’levels school certificate
• Hotel management certificate or Diploma new graduate or at least one year training in housekeeping
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fair English communication skills
• Eye for detail
