JOB DETAILS:
Main Purpose: To formulate and execute the SME marketing plan for in a bid to support sales and grow revenue for the business. .

Responsibilities/ Accountability
• Develop an SME marketing strategy and lead the implementation of SME marketing initiatives that contribute to revenue growth
• Champions SME new product development and pricing initiatives in line with the strategy
• Manage execution of LTZ SME brand messaging, and integrated communication including promotions and campaigns
• Development, implementation and management of the SME customer experience support structure and retention strategies
• Develops and executes demand generating campaigns to drive SME leads across all appropriate channels and implement strategic and tactical commercial plans to enhance potential prospects and contract renewals for revenue growth.

Candidates Requirements
• Degree in Marketing, Sales or equivalent
• Experience in a similar or related environment
• Experience in telecoms or other related industries preferable
• Target driven and determination to achieve results
• Willing to work under highly demanding and challenging conditions
• Strong P&L Management
• Customer focus / orientation and Good pricing skills
