JOB DETAILS:
• Save Earth Group is an indigenous Zambian company operating in most districts with different range of products. Save Earth Group is a profit making organization aiming at improving lives and contributing to the economic growth of the country (Zambia).
• We offer loan services, poultry services, fish sales and supply (both retail and orders) and also we have ventured into liquors stores. All this aim at putting a smile and provide value for money to our customers. “We have something for everyone”
• In our ongoing recruitment exercise, Save Earth Group are looking for competitive Field Sales Marketers in Lusaka who are able to sell a fish and attract new clients. Successful Field Sales Marketers will source new sales opportunities and sell to achieve set out targets. Successful candidates will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by negotiating with clients, and managing sales of our products.

Qualifications:
• High school (Grade 12) certificate
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the telecom industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Attributes:
• Self-motivated and results-oriented.
• Resilient and able to handle rejection.
• Adaptability to changing market conditions.
• Positive attitude and a passion for sales.

Working Conditions:
• This role involves extensive fieldwork and may require movement within the community of residence.
