We are a renowned interior company for offering high-quality custom curtains, blinds, cushions, and accessories. We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team.

Job Summary:
The Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers in-store, promoting and selling our products and services, managing client inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. This role also includes coordinating with the installation team and handling administrative duties related to sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement & Sales:
– Greet and assist customers in selecting products that suit their preferences and needs.
– Provide detailed product knowledge and guidance on custom design services.
– Upsell products such as cushions, throws, and accessories to maximize sales.
– Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Client Coordination:
– Handle inquiries regarding custom orders, installation services, and delivery timelines.
– Coordinate with the installation team to schedule appointments and ensure client satisfaction.
– Maintain a client database for follow-ups and future marketing campaigns.
Store Operations:
– Ensure the showroom is tidy, well-organized, and visually appealing.
– Restock shelves and displays to maintain product availability.
– Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in stock management.
– Handle administrative tasks, such as generating invoices and updating sales records.

Qualifications:
– Prior experience in retail or sales roles (experience in interior design or home décor is a plus).
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
– Ability to understand and explain technical details of curtains, blinds, and related products.
– Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
– Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
