JOB OVERVIEW

RESPONSIBILITIES
• To provide financial advice to customers based on their individual needs
• To distribute Prudential Protection, Investments and savings plans to potential customers in Zambia.
• To maintain a good working knowledge of the company’s various services
• To establish and nurture relationships with customers to facilitate sales.
• Ability to use data to help customers understand how prudential products can help them achieve their financial goals.
• Be able to complete all sales tasks on time as needed.
• Must be able to meet company set sales targets.

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Have strong sales, marketing and negotiating skills.
• Be approachable and quality oriented.
• Be adept, energetic, self-motivated, persistent and diligent.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and service skills.
• Be highly organized and able to complete multiple tasks, proactively and with initiative.
• Ability to work independently and complete sales tasks on time.
• Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Tertiary qualification (Minimum Diploma in any field)
• Valid PIA agency license and experience in sales & marketing will be an added advantage
