JOB DETAILS:
The Madison Health & Risk Management (MH) invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced individuals to be recruited as Sales Executive(s) .

KEY QUALIFICATIONS, QUALITIES & ABILITIES
• Grade twelve (12) certificate
• A Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Business related course
• The candidate should be self-motivated,
• People skills
• Passion for sales
• Working experience of one year & above in sales & Marketing will be added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Marketing and selling of health insurance products and Managed fund
• Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
• Reach out to customers using various means such as cold calling, visitation etc.
• Ensure client satisfaction by expediting resolution of customer complaints
• Meet or exceed sales target on monthly basis
• Coordinate sales efforts with other team members
• Timely reporting on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services
• Timely reporting on daily reports & weekly reports
• Daily client visitation i.e. prospecting for new clients
