JOB DETAILS:
Job Overview:
• As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, driving sales of volume IT products and solutions, and contributing to the growth of our business. This role demands a passion for sales, a thorough understanding of the IT industry, and the ability to provide clients with tailored solutions that meet their volume needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with prospective clients to generate sales leads and understand their volume IT requirements.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our volume IT goods, including hardware and software, to effectively present and recommend solutions to clients.
• Proactively pursue sales opportunities, conduct sales pitches, and offer volume IT solutions that meet client needs
• Meet or exceed assigned sales volume targets and revenue goals on a regular basis.
• Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Articulate the benefits of our volume IT products and solutions through compelling sales presentations.
• Provide excellent customer support and address inquiries or issues following sales, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales team and sales management to strategize and implement effective sales plans and techniques.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, client information, and market data in our CRM system.
• Conduct thorough research on dealers needs, industry trends, and competitor products.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products or services and their benefits to clients.
• Present our products or services to prospective clients through engaging and informative sales pitches.
• Close sales deals and achieve or exceed assigned sales volume targets.
• Provide excellent pre-sale and post-sale customer support, including addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings to remain competitive.
• Stay informed about IT industry trends, product developments, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to further professional development.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience in sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong sales aptitude with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of the industry or sector, including an understanding of relevant products and services.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong sense of initiative.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales portal and other sales-related tools.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed.
