JOB DETAILS:
The position holder will maximize sales growth, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and promote organizational strategic sales plan.. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to achieve sales targets, and expand market reach.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with potential clients.
2. Conduct regular market research to identify emerging trends and potential areas for growth.
3. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
4. Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product portfolio and market dynamics.
5. Effectively demonstrate and communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.
6. Optimize product placement, visibility, and promotional activities in retail outlets.
7. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute impactful promotional campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven sales experience (2 – 3+ years), preferably in the FMCG sector.
3. Strong understanding of FMCG products, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour.
4. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
5. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
7. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
