Job Status: Full-Time
Duty Station: Within Zambia, Lusaka, South-Central Africa
Position Summary: Responsible for planning, implementing, managing and overseeing company's overall sales strategy and selling products, goods and services to customers.

Job Responsibilities:
• To develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products:
• To manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional activities; To conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products;
• To develop and implement digital marketing strategy:
• To conduct an analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information;
• To expand and develop marketing platforms including social media platforms

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Marketing from a recognized or accredited institution and valid membership with Zambia Institute of Marketing Preparing & Submitting bid or Proposal
• Excellent interpersonal, motivational and management skills
• Excellent written and spoken English, communication and training skills.
• Minimum 5 years relevant and demonstrable experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies in reputable organization.
• Working knowledge of M.S. Office (especially Excel) and database systems Ability to work autonomously and under pressure.
• Those with IVD and Medical Diagnostics experience will have added advantage
