JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
• Develop and grow the regional market for Barloworld Equipment marketing and managing the sales of new, used and rental opportunities
• Key Outputs include but are not limited to:
• Achieving sales targets and generating revenue for the company.
• Increasing sales over time through effective strategies
• Bringing in new customers and clients to expand the customer base.
• Ensuring existing customers are satisfied and retained for continued business growth.
• Understanding market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Monitoring and improving the performance of the sales team.
• Team KPI tracking and management
• Providing team training and development to enhance skills and knowledge..

Candidate Requirements
• A full Grade 12 certificate
• A university degree in Engineering or related Business field from a recognised university
• At least 5 years sales work exposure at a senior managerial level
• People Management exposure
• Sound business and financial acumen
• Sound business planning and development skills
• Financial management skills;
• Knowledge of sales process and CRM ( Customer Relationship Management)
• Sound knowledge of CAT equipment and industry.
• Member of the Zambia Institute of Marketing
• Competencies
• Analytical; abstract thinking; influencing and negotiation; relationship building; participative leadership.

Experience in Months: 60

Level of Education: Bachelor Degree
