JOB DETAILS:
Herocean Supply Chain Zambia Limited, wishes to invite applications from individuals to fill in vacancies for the following:
Sales Manager
Location: Kasama

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and hit targets by successfully managing sales teams.
• Design and implement strategic business plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Build and promote strong lasting customer relationships by partnering with them as well as understanding their needs.
• Recruit objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to management.
• Managing commission and bonus related issues for sales representatives.
• Identify markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Perform any other task that may require management attention including problem resolution.
