SALES & MARKETING MANAGER
An International Motor Industry player is inviting applications for suitably qualified Zambians to take up the position of National Sales & Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. .

Key Responsibilities:
The incumbent will oversee the effective management of the Sales and Marketing Department.
The key responsibilities among many others include the following;
• Develop the Sales and Marketing staff in line with the overall
• Company's execution of a Sales Marketing strategy that will promote business sustainability and growth.
• Set annual vehicle sales budgets and action plans and perform monthly variance analysis to monitor actual results achieved versus budgeted targets.
• Effectively manage the vehicle sales department to meet monthly sales targets in line with the overall company annual budgets.
• To develop, analyze and report sales statistics on number of potential prospects, traffic, number of leads, number of quotes, number of sales, number of lost sales etc.
• Drive sustainable profitable sales growth through effective identification of the appropriate model line-up that meets customer needs.
• Managing & building customer relationships for both existing customers and prospective clients for effective customer retention management.
