JOB DETAILS:

Job description and Responsibilities:
• Organize and control the sales department to ensure that the company is meeting all sales targets to the required standards.
• Develop all necessary procedures and processes to ensure that the department is performing to achieve all sales objectives.
• Monitor and control the budget for the department to ensure that all financial targets are met and that all necessary financial controls are in place to comply with company and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that the company’s maximum sales potential is realized in the area.
• Maintain an awareness of developments in sales techniques and technology to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position.
• Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to identify their requirements.
• Keep customers informed of the progress of their orders and ensure that they are notified of any possible delays.
• Maintain customer stock levels to ensure that demand can be met within agreed notice periods.
• Arrange stock deliveries to customers to ensure that the right goods are received on the right date.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock and delivery records.
• Provide customers with information requested by them about stock and orders.
• Maintain good relations with customers to ensure that the company remains as the preferred supplier.

Qualifications
-Diploma / Degree in Sales and Marketing.
-Minimum of Two years’ work experience as a Sales Personnel
-Experience in the Telecom Industry will be an added advantage.
-Outstanding organizational skills.
-Analytical mind-set and good problem-solving skills.
-Quantitative ability.
-Attention to detail.
-Exceptional interpersonal skills.
-Excellent written and verbal communication.
