Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced marketing and sales officer to join our small but growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies for small businesses.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing and sales plans to increase brand awareness and drive sales
• Manage all aspects of the marketing and sales process, including lead generation, nurturing, and closing
• Create and manage marketing materials, such as website content, brochures, and advertising
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
• Track and analyze marketing and sales data to measure performance and make strategic decisions

Qualifications:
• Professional qualification in marketing, business administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a small business environment
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
