Sales and Marketing Rep/Chinese to English Translator
Overview
We are a Lusaka based Company mainly trading in Finance and Real Estate. We are looking for someone to join our Sales and Marketing Team. This role is unique because we need someone who is able to speak Chinese (Mandarin), to effectively communicate with the leaders of the company at the same time be a GREAT sales Representative.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field from a reputable Chinese University (whose language of instruction was in Chinese the entire duration of the studies)
• Fluent in Chinese Mandarin both Spoken and Written
• A valid Zambian Driver License
• Proven ability to meet goals
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated and Responsible
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Team Player

Responsibilities:
• Prospect and qualify new sales leads
• Schedule meetings with prospects
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
• Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
• Meet and/or exceed quotas
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
• Translate for any employee needing translation to carry out a specific task
