As we expand our footprint, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to be the driving force behind our brand.

Responsibilities:
• Multichannel Marketing Mastery: Lead marketing campaigns across diverse channels – online ads, influencer partnerships, radio and print media.
• Sales Dynamo: Spearhead sales initiatives, ranging from door-to-door campaigns to cutting-edge digital strategies.
• Market Insights: Analyze market trends and customer preferences, translating insights into effective promotional strategies.
• Collaborative Excellence: Work closely with the China buying office to ensure products align seamlessly with local demand.
• Performance Maestro: Monitor, evaluate, and report campaign performance, iterating strategies for maximum impact.

Qualifications:
• Educational Background: Hold a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
• Proven Track Record: Showcase your success in developing and executing impactful marketing campaigns.
• Zambian Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Zambian market, culture, and consumer behavior.
• Digital Proficiency: Exhibit proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Communication Skills: Possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
