JOB DETAILS:
Job Purpose:
To be responsible for planning, organizing, management and control of the Tuckshop including the supervision of catering staff at Sonshine School.
Principal Accountabilities:
• To provide high quality catering services to Sonshine Staff and pupils.
• To ensure that the kitchen environment are clean at all times
• To ensure customer satisfaction by providing a good variety of foodstuff
• To keep proper inventory of foodstuff levels, equipment and cutlery under his/her custody
• To monitor catering budgets
• To ensure availability of food stuff, cleaning material and consumables and monitor proper utilization of the same.

Qualifications and Personal Attributes:
• Must have a Grade 12 Certificate with at least 05 Credits that include Mathematics and English Language
• Must possess minimum a Certificate/Diploma in Catering and Food Production
• Must possess at least 2-3 years practical experience in Catering in a reputable Institution and preferable a higher learning institution
• Must have strong leadership skills in dealing with students
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Must be medically and physically fit
• Must be between 25 and 30 years Old
