Let’s Build is a global non-profit organization which builds classrooms to increase access and enrolment for children and youth in government secondary schools. Let’s Build in Zambia invites prospective Construction firms/Contractors and School Furniture Suppliers with proven experience, resources, and technical knowledge to submit pre-qualification applications for the provision of secondary education construction works and school furniture for the period of two years (2025 – 2027) as and when required by Let’s Build in Zambia.

The categories of prospective contractors and suppliers therefore being invited in this prequalification notice are for the following works:

• Construction of new secondary school classroom blocks at existing secondary schools within Zambia Reference No: ZM.PREQ.2025.01
• Supply of Secondary School furniture in Zambia Reference No: ZM.PREQ.2025.02

1. Applications to be submitted not later than 20th February 2025 by 5 PM. Late submissions will not be considered.
2. Applicants for the first category should be Contractors registered with National Council for Construction (NCC) Grade 5 or better in B or C
3. Application documents will be provided electronically and can be accessed through Let’s Build website at the following link: https://letsbuild.foundation
4. Applications must be provided in the correct format, well labelled, and submitted in electronic format only as outlined in the prequalification documents
5. Let’s Build reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications with or without assigning any reason
6. All questions relating to the prequalification will only be accepted in writing addressed to the following: contact.zambia@letsbuild.foundation The subject of the email should include the prequalification reference number: ZM.PREQ.2025.01 under Construction Works or ZM.PREQ.2025.02 for School Furniture related queries
Inquiries regarding the prequalification must be submitted not later than 3rd February 2025.

Note: Let’s Build does not charge any fees for any prequalification application and registration of suppliers and contractors.
