JOB DETAILS:
Located in the Regional Security Office (RSO), incumbent provides cleared American general administrative and logistical support, International Cooperative Administrative Support Services (ICASS) building operations, and some General Services and Basic Package services to all USG agencies at post. Position is responsible for the issuance of Access Control Badges at ICASS facilities. Supports post’s law enforcement training efforts by coordinating travel logistics for host nation security forces attending ILEA courses worldwide. Position is supervised by the Assistant RSO. .

Qualifications and Evaluations
Requirements:
• EXPERIENCE: Two years of clerical/administrative office work experience is required.
• JOB KNOWLEDGE: Incumbent should have knowledge of office management and security procedures.
Education Requirements:
• High school diploma is required.
Evaluations:
LANGUAGE: Level III (Good Working Knowledge) English speaking/reading /writing is required.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Must have good oral and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Must be tactful. Must have basic keyboarding skills and experience with MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point, OpenNet, etc.). Must have organizational skills and have the ability to pay attention to details. Must be able to stand and walk for a prolong period of time. Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS Clearance.
