JOB DETAILS:
Job Overview:
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring company property is safeguarded at all times .

Responsibilities And Duties
• Implementing security policies
• Organizing labor for Inspecting and patrolling premises
• Preparing weekly schedules for security guards
• Investigate suspicious activity and incidents
• Collaborate with police officers for issues handed over to the police
• To advise the management on better ways of reducing theft and improving the work outcomes for security guards.
• Perform routine security assessments to identify and address potential risks and vulnerabilities, crafting strategies for risk reduction
• Educate and train security personnel on protocols and emergency response plans
• Investigate security incidents, accidents, and breaches, preparing comprehensive reports with improvement recommendations
• Collaborate across departments to integrate security measures into all operational facets, including events, facility management, and employee safety
• Hiring Security guards

Required Skills/Abilities
• Full Grade 12 Certificate
• Must have 2 years minimum experience as Security Supervisor
• Critical analysis of incidences for ivestoigations
• The abilty to lead a team of over 25 secuirtity guards
• Excellent communication skills both written & verbal.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Ability to demonstrate sound judgement and integrity.
• Previous affiliations to reputable security companies will be an added advantage
