SENIOR CLAIMS MANAGER
JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for managing the insurance claims, including the timely and proper disposition of claims in Accordance with the industry procedures and requirements.. .

Job Responsibilities:
• Investigate, evaluate and settle claims, applying technical knowledge and human relations skills to effect fair and prompt disposal of cases and to contribute to a reduced loss ratio.
• Examine claims investigated by insurance adjusters, further investigating questionable claims to determine whether to authorize payments.
• Verify and analyze data used in settling claims to ensure that claims are valid and that settlements are made according to company practices and procedures..

Job Qualifications:
• Reporting to top management. Requires 51 years of managerial experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in business or Claims settlement.
• A Master's Degree would be an added advantage.
• In depth experience with insurance claims reporting and compliance requirements. Demonstrated supervisory experience of professional staff.
