JOB DETAILS:
Overview
This role will be responsible for the management of services and processes that support the core business of the organisation through ensuring that the organisation has the most suitable working environment for its employees and their activities. .

This will include, but will not be limited to:
I. project management and supervising and coordinating the work of contractors.
II. Managing of office refurbishments, renovations, and office relocations by ensuring that they run according to plan
III. Investigating availability and suitability of options for new premises.
I. planning building maintenance programs and ensuring efficiency of all building systems for lighting, heating and ventilation
II. Preparation of operation reports and budgets inputs
III. Ensuring that all utility systems are inspected in accordance regulation
IV. Managing contractor engagements and monitoring the delivery of the maintenance services
V. ensure that the buildings are managed in a manner safe for employees, customers and third parties
I. ensuring that all contracts are managed and renewed on time
II. Negotiating rental increases with various landlords
III. Coordinate the signing off all service contracts for delivery of various services such as air-conditioning, cleaning, security, access control all sub-contractors for specific projects
IV. Planning for future development in line with strategic business objectives.
V. managing and leading change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities.
VI. Maintaining records of all transactions and expenses
