Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs and will bring creativity, innovation, and expertise to our projects. As an Experienced Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our visual identity and enhancing our brand presence across various platforms.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for print and digital materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, and advertisements.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring that all design work aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design, and proactively incorporate new ideas and techniques into our design process.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and creativity.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our visual communication strategies.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a graphic designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including both print and digital materials.
• Exceptional visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of typography, colour, and composition.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines consistently.
