JOB DETAILS:
• Quantity surveyor with a minimum of 10 years post qualification experience in Building or Civil projects or experience working for a main contractor to join a commercial department.
• Bachelor’s degree in QS or similar
• Valid professional membership
• Sound references with the ability to build relationships quickly
• High personal and professional level of integrity, confidence, initiative, and exceptional follow-through
• skills
• Computer literate
• Competent in carrying out duties with effective and proactive planning and organizing
• Former training in the field must be shown.
