JOB DETAILS:

Role Requirement
To conduct Inspection of Properties and Technical duties such as collection, analysis and entry of comparable data, recording and updating sales information and carrying out searches at the Deeds Registry as well as supervision of survey and valuation trainees. .

  Job Responsibilities:
• Inspection of properties as may be assigned from time to time
• Preparation of valuation and research reports and valuation assessments for discussion and approval
• Supervision of Graduate trainees on attachment with Knight Frank
• Conducting of Technical duties such as collection, analysis and entry of comparable data, recording and updating of sales information and carrying out searches at the Deeds Registry
• Ensuring efficient and timely preparation of bids, quotations and tenders for valuation jobs
• Reviewing the preliminary workings of Graduate Valuers and Valuation Trainees

  Job Qualifications:
• Education and Qualifications: Bachelor of Degree in Land Economy/ Bachelor Science in Real Estate Management
• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience, either with the regulator or in a corporate environment
• SST (Stratified Systems Thinking) level: Best Practice/MRIC
• Should have a Valid Driver’s license
• Reporting: Senior Manager Valuation & Advisory
