Job Title: Sales and Marketing Interns (Mbala, Mpika, Nkeyema, Kalomo, Mumbwa, Petauke)
Buffalo Bicycles Zambia Limited is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals to apply for training as a Sales and Marketing Intern in our organization. Please note that this a non-paying internship position; however, transport stipend will be provided.
Duration: 3 Months
Contract; Maybe Renewable based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Shelf packing and helping customers identify faults on Bicycles
2. Processing payments and correctly code expenditures (travel expenses, fuel) and also ensure that payments adequately authorised and supported, filling adequate accounting source documents
3. Customer experience and service management
4. Ensuring secure and tidy maintenance of office buildings and assets under their control.
5. Any other duties as may be assigned

Skills and Personal Attributes:
1. Attention to detail
2. Good command of Microsoft Office and POS-Added advantage
3. Analytical and Negotiation skills.
4. Ability to repair a bicycle is added advantage

Knowledge Required:
• A clear understanding of operational policies, plans and procedures – Added advantage

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
• Grade 12 Certificate
• Certification in Business or related field added advantage
• Be enrolled in a graduate school programme Business Administration or related field
• Have graduated with a college certificate, if selected, must start the internship within one-year of graduation
• No work experience is required but must have must have good People relations
