Salary market related dependant on Experience –
Sales Representative living and working in the Southern Africa Region: Zambia, Zimbabwe and the Northern parts of Botswana. Use your B-Com Degree or Technical Qualification coupled with 5 years Agricultural Mechanisation exp to secure lucrative Sales position with International Market leader.

Job Skills:
• Be actively involved in determining market potential, unit budget, sales planning, support and execution – achievement of the sales targets being the prime responsibility.
• Render support at dealer level to parts and technical departments.
• Support dealers with sales and service training and customer relations.
• Build direct relationships with all Strategic Partners.
• Be actively involved in expanding and developing the customer base of the company with regards to Sales.
• Compile monthly reports on the business area regarding unit sales and activities.

Job Qualifications:
• At least 5 years’ experience in the Agricultural Mechanisation Industry.
• A B-com University Degree or Technical Qualification will be required.
• A technical background preferably on Agricultural machinery.
• An aptitude towards customer liaison and sales skills to sell our farming solutions.
• Organisational skills and the ability to motivate and work with a sales team at dealer level.
• A POSITIVE outlook on life, a self-challenging nature, high levels of ENERGY is required with a passion for learning.
• The internal drive to succeed, regardless of the obstacles.
• Self-discipline to work without supervision.
• In depth knowledge of various farming practices and techniques.
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle code EB or higher.
• Be able to speak and write English fluently.
• E-capacity and computer literate
