As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and driven Events Sponsorship & Partnership Consultant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Position Overview:
As an Events Sponsorship & Partnership Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in forging strategic alliances, securing sponsorships, and establishing partnerships that enhance the quality and reach of our events. You will leverage your expertise to create mutually beneficial relationships that contribute to the overall success of our projects. Your creative thinking, strong communication skills, and ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential sponsors and partners for upcoming events, taking into consideration alignment with our brand and objectives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sponsorship strategy that includes outreach, negotiation, and contract development.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing sponsors and partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the events team to align sponsorship and partnership strategies with event goals and objectives.
• Craft compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with our events.
• Analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities for sponsorship and partnership growth.
• Monitor and report on sponsorship metrics, tracking ROI and other relevant performance indicators.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and represent our company.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully securing sponsorships and partnerships for events or related initiatives.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create impactful presentations and proposals.
• A strategic thinker who can identify innovative solutions and opportunities in the events industry.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant CRM software.
• Previous experience in event management or a related field is preferred.
