JOB DETAILS:
• We are looking for One(1) Sports Events Planner to join our team at Stucounts

1. Bidding for sport events
2. Working with key sport event stakeholders to define project timelines
3. Providing hospitality to sponsors and other “clients” of the sport event
4. Communicating with broadcasters and members of the press
5. Recruiting and managing volunteers
6. Identifying an appropriate venue and collaborating with staff on preparations
7. Implementing security measures for athletes and spectators
8. Negotiating agreements with vendors and sponsors
9. Determining how to respond to inclement weather or emergencies
