JOB DETAILS:
The Tanganyika Community Radio Station is a startup Community Radio Station operating in Nsumbu, Nsama District of Northern Province. The Board of Directors for Tanganyika Community Radio Station now invites applications from suitably qualified Zambians to fill the above vacanciy (all staff will be stationed in Nsumbu, Nsama District)

JOB PURPOSE:
Ensure efficient and effective daily operation of the Radio Station by providing leadership to team members and implementing the strategic Objectives and direction set by the Board of Directors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Grade 12 School Certificate
• Minimum of Diploma in Journalism
• 3 years' experience in Community radio Management
• Additional Training in any Business-related field will be an added advantage.
• Excellent command of English and a Good Working Knowledge of the local language

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: Postgraduate Degree
