JOB DETAILS:
• National Milling Corporation Limited, is a reputable multinational Company specialised in the manufacturing of various flour, mealie meal, stock feed products and trades in rice and other products wishes to engage a flexible energetic person to fill an existing vacancy as follows:
1. STOCKFEEDS MILL PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR X4
• Responsible for overseeing various milling production processes ensuring smooth running of assigned location. Oversee routine production activities, trouble shoot and solve issues on the production floor ensuring a safe clean production workspace. Ensure effective supervision of staff producing various milled manufactured stock feeds products. Complete production plan and revise schedule including assigning personnel, tasks accomplish work results, establish priorities, monitor progress, revise schedules, resolve problems and report results of the processing flow relating to shift production summaries.
• Ensure to maintain manufactured milled products quality service by establishing and enforcing standards and ensure to compile production records at the assigned location. Interested candidates must have a full Grade 12 School certificate with a/an advanced Diploma in Production Management, with at least (3) years of previous work experience or familiarity on the usage of an extrusion machine in a production manufacturing environment will be added advantage.
