JOB DETAILS:
• Goldenlay Agri Ltd is the largest producer, supplier, and distributor of table eggs across Zambia, and boasting a brand familiar to retailers and consumers alike. Goldenlay is currently seeking candidates for the position of Stock’s Clerk. You will be an integral part of our sales management team. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain accurate stock records, deliveries, organize internal orders, stock takes and assist with inventory control. Responsibilities
• Ensure daily orders for stocks from 26 farm shops throughout Zambia are taken within the inventory software.
• Handle daily deliveries and stock takes in the system.
• Ensuring products and equipment are neatly arranged and the camera system is working.
• Accurately record stock levels, adjustments and transfers in our inventory system.
• Monitor expiration dates and ensure proper rotation of perishable items.
• Check daily sales verses banking in the system.

Requirements
• Certificate in bookkeeping, Stock Control or Accounting
• Proficiency in computer application (Excel, inventory software or ERP).
• Strong attention to detail and Organizational
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with high integrity and honesty.
• Prior experience in stock management and data entry preferred but not mandatory.
