Livingstone Institute of Business and Engineering Studies (LIBES) is one of the Public TEVET Institutions under the Ministry of Technology and Science, Livingstone Institute of Business and Engineering Studies (LIBES) is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as interns in the following position:

Responsibilities:

Assist with inventory management, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods.

Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock checks.

Assist with procurement processes, including preparing purchase orders and liaising with suppliers.

Ensure the stores area is clean, organized, and secure.

Assist with general administrative tasks related to stores operations.

Assist in maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock.

Qualifications:

Grade 12 School Certificate

  • A diploma in Purchasing and supply, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
