JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Stores Procurement Officer to manage our stock, control inventory, and ensure efficient supply chain operations. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage stock levels and inventory control.
- Receive, inspect, and store goods.
- Issue stock to departments.
- Maintain accurate stock records.
- Accurately record purchases & statements in the point of sale system.
- Source and procure goods, materials, and services.
- Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers.
- Manage purchasing budget.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Conduct regular stock audits.

Requirements:
- Relevant degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and procurement principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Odoo system is an added advantage.
