• Real Estate Agents (for repossessed property marketing)

Facilities Management
• Building and Maintenance contractors
• Cleaning and sanitary collection services
• Supply and Maintenance of firefighting equipment
• Security services (guarding and CIT)
• Supply and Maintenance of Air Conditioning units, security equipment and spares (CCTV & Access Control
• Painting Services
• Supply, Installation, and Maintenance of Generator sets (including alternative Power Sources)
• Fumigation services
• Record Management Services

Office Supplies
• Supply of Office Stationery and Toner
• Office Furniture suppliers and maintenance
• Supply of purified drinking water for all Branches in Lusaka, Ndola and Kitwe (and soon Chipata)

• Vehicle Repairs and maintenance

Eligibility:
Vendors should provide the following documents:
• Vendor Application Form (download) on https://www.firstcapitalbank.co.zm/2022-supplier-registration/
• Introductory letter stating the goods/services you provide
• Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
• VAT registration certificate
• Minimum of Three (3) Trade References from reputable companies
• PACRA print out with Directors and Shareholders details
• Certified copy of the identity Card for company Directors/Shareholders
• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Trade License or certificates (varies with the category)
• Proof of office premise (Lease Agreement or Utility Bill)
• Company Profile

First Capital Bank Zambia shall undertake the preliminary evaluations and only successful firms will be notified
